About Us

Looking to create a sustainable business and source of food

Located in Hammond, La our goal is to become this regions top provider of Microgreens.  I grew up farming in Mississippi, so I have always had a desire for it.  My wife and are always looking for ways to enhance our nutrition.  It isn’t easy given all the bad choices we have!  Microgreens seemed like a great opportunity to do something we are passionate about while creating healthy food for us and others in the process.  This is quickly becoming a family affair as we all work together to create a quality product we can be proud to share with others.  We grow our Microgreens in a greenhouse we closed in behind our home.  It has been a fun adventure so far and we have learned a lot along the way.  We use only organic non GMO seeds and utilize safe and organic growing practices.  I hope you will enjoy our product and partner with us.  Thanks for checking us out.
